Bob took our truck to a Ford Dealer today to have the transmission checked out and get an oil change. The good news is that it is finished today and we only had to rent a car for one day. The bad news is that the replacing the transmission sensor and oil change cost us $1,147.00. YIKES!!! I HATE San Francisco! We drove into SF today to check out where Pier 33 is, which is where we will board the boat to Alcatraz tomorrow at noon. It was so much easier getting around SF in a car and not a big dually truck with a large 5th wheel behind it!
