Our New Rollin' Condo

I realize that I haven't updated my blog in a while.  I've had good intentions, but it slipped by & now it's been way too long.  I will try to go back & post pics from earlier this year.  We had a fantastic time in California with Jason & the grandkids when they met us there for Spring Break.  They are also planning to meet us in California next year for Spring Break.  I thought they were going to come to Mesa, AZ for Christmas, but they loved California so much they want to go back there.

We arrived back at Mesa Regal RV Resort on October 3rd.  We went that day to La Mesa RV and looked at 5th wheels.  I had been doing a lot of research & we decided that the Lifestyle was the one for us.  Once we saw this one, we knew we didn't need to look any further.

Following are pictures of our new 5th wheel that we just picked up 5 days ago.  It is a Lifestyle Luxury RV by EverGreen.   We absolutely LOVE it!!!  It is so high quality and the fit & finish is amazing.  Moving has been a chore!  We're glad the majority of it is over & we can start enjoying it.  As you can probably tell, we are extremely excited about our new rollin' condo!  :-)

Dolly Steamboat at Canyon Lake & Tortilla Flat

Today we went to Canyon Lake & went on the Dolly Steamboat Cruise with Gary, Margie & George (some friends from Michigan that are spending this month in Casa Grande).  After the cruise we went to Tortilla Flat (Population 6) to the Tortilla Flat Restaurant & Saloon for dinner.  The weather was absolutely perfect & it was a great day with great friends!

There is such a variety of rock formations...just beautiful!

In the center background is the "Weaver's Needle".

George...note all the dollars on the wall (as well as
plenty of foreign currency).  It is estimated that there
are between $100,000 - $150,000, with some areas
four layers thick.

Truth!

A HUGE Burmese Python skin.

Some people will do whatever you tell them to do.  :-)

Nice rack!
